Neal Raval | BDS, MSD
''My job is my hobby.''
Dr. Neal Raval was born in Germany but now lives in the Greater Seattle area with his wife and two daughters. Dr. Raval attended school in both Germany and England. While in England, he completed his pre-dental and dental education in Oxford and then later at the University of Birmingham.
After graduating, Dr. Raval worked for the National Health Service in England and then moved to Germany to work with his father, who had inspired him to pursue dentistry. When he was a child, our expert dentist spent time in his father’s office and developed a passion for working with his hands. It was these experiences and his time in Germany (as an adult) that developed his passion for periodontal surgery, dental implants, and comprehensive dentistry.
Dr. Raval moved to the U.S. in 2009 and completed his residency in periodontics and implants at the University of Washington. He also attained a Masters in Dentistry by producing ground-breaking research that changed the way dentists perform implant dentistry.
Since then, Dr. Raval has continued to excel and strive to be a leader in his field. He continues to develop new skills, attend continuing education courses, and pioneer the latest technology. Dr. Raval currently helping bring further education to dental professionals as a FOR Emerging Leader.
Above all, Dr. Raval wants to educate his patients about the importance of oral health and how it directly impacts a person’s overall wellness. Our specialist is always there for his patients to ensure you get the support and help you need.
Dr. Eddie Lee
Passionate about taking periodontics and implant dentistry to the next level.
His journey to dentistry
Dr. Eddie Lee was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to America with his family while he was in high school. His father worked in the airline industry and instilled the value of pursuing opportunities and exploring the world.
For his undergraduate degree, Dr. Lee attended the University of Illinois at Chicago.Upon graduating, the University immediately recruited him to continue as a researcher on novel anti-cancer drug therapy. Many of his findings laid the foundation for drugs used to help patients fight cancer today.
During his tenure, he served on many medical relief mission trips, which opened his eyes to the impact dentistry has on not only your oral and overall health but your life as a whole.
He decided to retire (temporarily) from research and become a dentist.
Why he chose periodontics
During dental school at Roseman University in Utah,
Dr. Lee was astounded by the high number of periodontal cases. This lead him to pursue certification in advanced periodontics and implant dentistry at the University of Washington. With his research background, Dr. Lee completed a Masters in Science, focusing on treatment for peri-implant disease, while simultaneously completing his residency.
Dr. Lee’s breakthrough research over the years has paved ways to improve the success and treatment options for
dental implants as we know it.

Malika Jhawar | DMD
From Mumbai to the Pacific Northwest: A Journey of Dental Excellence
Dr. Malika Jhawar’s journey into the world of dentistry began more than a decade ago. It all started during her time as an undergraduate at the University of Washington, where she first stepped foot into our office. During this formative period, Dr. Jhawar was deeply involved in sterilization procedures and actively assisted during dental surgeries. It was here that she got her first taste of what it meant to be a periodontist.
Dr. Jhawar’s commitment to pursuing a career in dentistry led her to the esteemed halls of the University of Pennsylvania. Here, she embarked on her path to excellence and achieved her doctorate in dental medicine with honors. Her dedication and exceptional performance were recognized with the prestigious American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Award for Achievement in Periodontology.
Not one to rest on her laurels, Dr. Jhawar furthered her education by completing her certificate in periodontics and advanced intravenous sedation at Tufts University, honing her skills to become a proficient and compassionate periodontist.
